Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within [30 days] of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used or burned items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at [ashtreecandles@outlook.com] with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
